Delivery safety controls
Using code default for production. Paused no, providers none, channels none, circuit on at 5 failures/15m.
Notification retry policy
Using code default for production. Attempts 5, delays 5, 15, 60, 240 minutes, window 24h.
Manual notification drain
Runs the same bounded worker path used by the scheduler. Dry run does not send provider messages.
Provider test send
Creates one test outbox row and drains only that row through the live provider path.
Document review links
Recent external review tokens. Raw tokens and storage paths are never shown.
